DS-MAX Innovage Ripoff This company / manager took away almost 2 years of my life Portland

I, like most others began with the company from a simple little add in the newspaper. Warehousing and cross-training into Management. Gosh, sounded really good at the time, especially the part promising 60-100 dollars cash per day.

Everything started off great. I was an animal in the field, got promoted to leadership in 1 week, then it was all downhill from there, or should I say off the cliff.

I moved from the south all the way to East Providence, RI. From there to Portland, Me where my nightmare finally came to an end. The products sucked, and we were told to sell the "deal". Well, who wants a broken piece of junk, no matter how inexpensive it is. The manager I had was the most violent person I have ever worked for. He physically abused many people who came through his doors. He even had assault charges brought against him, but he was a smooth talker, so he got out of it.

I have been slapped, kicked, punched, and even had a calculator thrown at my head, and why? Because I didn't sell enough product. It's not just the individual companies that are corrupt, but the Managers in particular. Money is the only thing on their mind, and I endured 2 years of this.

I finally got out. Now I have a good place to live, good, job, great girlfriend who doesn't have to wait till 9pm for me to get home, and MONEY!!! When I quit, I made the best decision of my life. Call me a cow if you want, but damn, the grass sure is greener on my side of the fence.

I feel bad for day of obervations that walk into the doors of these offices. Their heads are filled with lies. I was once one of these day of O's, then I became one who distorted the truth to them. I apologize to them. Noone should have to endure the agony of this so-called opportunity. That's funny, an Opportunity for what... To lose everything and be miserable.
