Not good. Not good at all

I have been waiting on Christmas ornaments since November. PrinterPix takes 6 orders but completes and mails them one at a time. What a way to do business! Each voucher must be entered separately - thru payment and shipment - before proceeding to the next item.

The Web site is unintuitive, impossible to navigate, gives zero feedback (I can't even see what I've ordered so far), and customer service is overwhelmed at best, or indifferent at worst. Plus, the 4 ornaments I have received in the last two months are of varying quality, to say the least, from OK to unacceptable.

I would give a full frown face, but I feel sorry for them. I honestly do not think they know what they are doing.
