Navy guy molests a mentally handicapped child US Navy petty office

Bradley Wayne Barnett, US Navy petty officer molested the 14 yr old mentally handicapped daughter of his roomate.

He knew of her condition and still took advantage of her.
It didn't matter that his girl friend Marla lived just across the street from him and would come over daily for sex and that she was still with her husband.

It didn't matter that he also had another girl friend whom he was having sex with.

He put this child's life in danger and didn't even use protection. He didn't consider his military career, or the son that he has custody of.

He did have sex with her on June 30th. Charges were filed on July 5th by her mother.

He was arrested that day. He admitted quilt.in court he pled quilty. Anyone wanting to find this info, it is public knowledge in Norfolk, Va.

He was only charged with Carnal Knowledge with a victim aged 13-15 years of age on Nov 26.

The US Navy will not response to this charge and he walks away with his career and his son.

Is this fair? I don't think so.
