I went to make a parcel payment and i was put on the phone with collections and expressed i would give them another payment later on that day so ms. Boggs was very rude and stated that i made arrangements with her stand she over rides everyone and she is the boss. It's not what she said in a rude way. I was also called by collections earlier that day and the person that called me hung up in my face i was not rude or nasty but they were very rude to me.
