Ripoff the business that doesnt give a dam

I have always made all my payments on time. My paycheck came one day after the due date of my bill. I mailed the payment the same day. I received a call the next day demanding my payment. I told the very rude lady that called me that I had mailed it the day before.

She told me I had to set up payment arrangements or my account would be turned over to collection. She would not even listen to me that I had mailed the check the day before. I could not beleive I was getting a call from this bank only two days past my due date.

And RUDE RUDE RUDE is the only way to describe the person that called me.
