I was looking online at some Payday loans and after a lot of research I research and the measly amount I was able to get, I decided to close the browser. I start getting phone calls from a collection agency stating that they are a legal office which might I add when I asked to speak to a lawyer because this was ILLEGAL they put me on with a supervisor well they stated that I committed a fraud by closing my bank account which has been in the negative for a long time and I knowing took money from them and never payed it back. I do not know who these people are and I never agree'ed or signed for a payday loan through anyone on the internet. They are harassing me for this money and calling my family members saying i made fraudulent charges by writing a check which I NEVER DID. This is embarrassing to me to have my father call from Maryland telling me all they said. What do I do because I never agree'ed on any of this and I refuse to pay these people.
