I ordered complete set of Dark Shadows TV series for $140 and was told it was shipped out on Jan. 3rd I think. Never have recieved it and was given a generic answer when I contacted them. They said they would track it and if not found would refund my money or reship my order. Haven't heard back from them yet and has been over another week.
