Same scenario as the other complaints I read -didn't received DVD after two months, same stopped at the border for 18 dollars, same no answer of emails. I stopped payment on my credit card. Apparently you legally have 90 days to cancel the charge. Can't quite figure out their "racket" but it must be one!!
