1. Mickie Chavez was our book keeper. On Nov. 30 she wrote herself a check for $500.00 and to it she forged the signature of her boss.
2. On 12-29, Mickie forged another check: this one for $3000.00.
3. On 01-04, Mickie forged another check, this one for $5000.00.
