I had £49.00 taken from my bank account by Janibank which I did not authorise as I had never heard of the company or purchased anything from them, this left me overdrawn. I tried to contact the company to get my money back but they did not respond, I could not cancel the "account" as I did not have a login (as I had never joined them), how do I get my money back from these thieves??
