I was told by Represenative James Etherington who works for Hotspot 9701 Jeronimo Rd # B-101, Irvine, CA 92618 I would be charged $259.00 for Internet Marketing Services when I received the email confirmation it stated $278.00 1. Charges: Charges generally consist of an activation and setup fee and a recurring monthly charge. At sign up, generally the activation fee and first month charges are paid. However, some rate plans may allow paying multiple months of service in advance. Recurring amounts are billed monthly or at greater time increments depending on rate plan. Unless the billing date falls on a day banks are closed, the customer is generally billed on the same day of the month as the original sign up for each subsequent billing interval. (This was not explained to me. I received this my email after I gave my Bank of America Visa card information to James) James also told me If I wanted to cancel at anytime all I would have to do is call him directly at 949-903-3191 and he would take care of it immediately. The terms and Conditions I recieved after the fact State: 4. Cannot and does not guarantee a return of investment (ROI) Can you please help me get my money back and stop them from taking any more money from my Visa Card. I read online your agency helped other victims recover money that the credit card companies are not able to do. This company is so slimmy and slick that only your agency can help me.
