Want to write to you" fill in the boxes they require but when you get to the explain your problem part write in that box " hi i have no idea why money has been taken out of my account but somehow i have signed up to some sort of service with you with you, i am now writing to tell you i wish to cancel this service, subscription and any other dealings with pointpay effective immediatley." i hope this helps, it will stop them taking any more money but unfortunatly you have to request some kind of form to fill in to get a refund, but they will just say that it was in the small print " that you have to cancel your subscription within 30 days or you will start paying £45 per month". Once again i hope this helps.
