I noticed on 01/03 that $34.95 had been taken out of my checking account.By monday I called and spoke with a woman, she said that she could authorize the refund and that it would be 7-15 business days before it was back in my account and i was given a refund code. 15days later, no money I called again and i was told that i would have the refund by friday. I did not receive it. It's 2/04 and I still don't have my money, and the phone number doesn't work now.
