My complaint is actually alot like others on this list. The company tried to deduct $34.95 from my account. The fee eas not there so I got charged $25.00 NSF fee from my banking institution. I was told I would receive a refund for the mistake (because I never did take out a loan; had them cancel the application). As to date; I have not received any refund.
