I rented a car for 13 days and ended up paying over 1100 dollars in insurance fees etc. I would like to address this complaint with Hertz but am unable to find out how to do this. I have spoken to customer services the rep at Gatwick with no luck. I have even telephoned the President of the company but no one is able to help me
