Led me to believe they were apple. Charged $250 for "two-year apple service contract." One time diagnostic fee of $50... Sold me new software for another $20.00. Took 1 1/2 hours to evaluate a problem. Did not really fix problem. Took device to apple store. Resolved in 20 seconds over iCloud. Swindled!
