Series of problem started after service

I have GE refrigerator which was having problem with water dispenser (as per my limited knowledge it was related to sensor). I called Service America technician and he replaced "motherboard" to solve the problem. This happened in October. After that water dispenser started working but Ice maker stopped working. During 2nd visit, technician cleaned ice maker for frozen ice and told that motor was jammed because of ice and now it will work. Till today (Feb) the icemaker never worked and technician giving various reasons every time. Service america technicians know how to buy their time and just visiting multiple times without resolution.

Now my refrigerator is like a half working entity having a lot of problem.
