I ordered a $10 Pimsleur language CD, and shortly after getting it was sent a full course and told I would be charged sixty some dollars for four months (they had my credit card from the initial purchase) unless I made arrangements to return it within so many days. I called and finally got permission from an argumentative agent to return the course, at my expense. Several months later they sent me another full course with the same billing arrangement. I have done nothing, since they billed my credit card without my permission, and have challenged them to sue me (I'm a lawyer). I'll update this if I hear from them again. These people are scumbags, acting completely illegally. Be forewarned.
