I was trying to apply for food stamps and it said that I need to send them my phone number and they will send me the application and instead they charged me $9.99 for some game app i had no idea about. I called their customer service line and he said i was going to get the bill on my cell phone bill and i cancelled it and there is nothing i can do about it then hung up on me. So he pretty much told me i am getting charged for nothing please help!!!
