I received the free sample of PureBerry Max ketone select right before Christmas (12-22). After reading the shipping information notice enclosed with the order, I immediately called the phone number listed (1-888-777-1342 which is automated) and cancelled any further orders. Just the way it was written on the ship to form caused me to question whether anymore shipments would be sent to me so, to be on the safe side, decided to call and cancel the VERY day I received the order. I was checking my bank statement on 1-31 and noticed a charge from them for $84.78 and that they had shipped more that day. I immediately called, cancelled AGAIN and then waited to speak with a person. His name (so he told me) was Matt. I explained that I had cancelled in Dec. And did NOT want anymore sent to me. I wanted the charge removed from my bank account. He offered me a 50% refund immediately and I could keep the shipment. I said no, I was going to refuse delivery. He said to not do that and he would authorize a 75% refund now. Again I said no, I wanted the full amount. He then told me I would have to send it back with a return merchandise authorization number, which he gave me. He also gave me an address to send the shipment back to and once they received it, my card would be credited. I also asked for an Email confirmation from him with everything he had just told me included, which I never received. Now, after reading what everyone else has written about this scam, I'm wondering if anything will ever be done and if I should send anything back. Not really sure if anything "Matt" said was even true!
