When we have a corporate small source of income. I bought sacks of rice and he was the one delivered to the customer. Until such point that we had a misunderstanding and when the all the money has been liquidated it was found out that it was deficit for the amount of more 625 USD (Php 25,000 Philippine currency) and we have talked it already on his Barangay since I just called his attention. Then he relocated to other place in the same country. He was not yet working abroad that time. He told me that he will pay me but until now he won't do it.

I send him messages about the payment last week.

I send him messages about the payment again tonight but he blocked my account on facebook. Maybe, so that I can not contact him anymore. So, bad cheetah. Hope you could help me this so that he would learned.
