I was selling an item on the craigslist. A very generous person, who identified self as Donald Smith, was in a hurry to buy it.
Donaldsmith@aol.com, donaldsmith50@aol.com, and a phone number 12133948778,1-213-394-8778 for text only, was associated with the potential buyer who uses PayPal and MoneyBooker.
I did not follow through with the transaction for the following reason: the conversation took place over email and text, and potential buyer wrote in email that he only uses MoneyBooker and needed me to sign up and send my info, while over text he preferred PayPal, yet "couldn't open link with money request" and just needed me to send him my PayPal info. It felt like he did not realize that he is communicating with the same person (me) over email and text, and more discrepancies regarding the item, payment, and delivery appeared. I am motivated to sell and since the whole process was taking too long I asked him to call me or provide a voice phone # so I can learn his special requirements, arrange payment and deliver the item in a timely manner requested. Communication ended after this. Ha - ha. My friends are still laughing, and the only way i can make them stop is to write this. So, if you found yourself in a similar situation and this text matched your search inquiry - do avoid unnecessary losses and don't waste your time on this generous shopper.
