Dishonesty

On the 25th January I paid £2.97 via debit card for their 3 day offer. I realised the site did not do any of the things it boasted about so I cancelled the following day. They then took a further unauthorised £14.90. When I asked them to return what they had stolen their response was I had clicked for 'VIP CONNECT'? I asked whether I requested this before or after I cancelled? They did not answer. This is a dishonest outfit, they are deceitful and worse - be warned.
