Funds were deducted from my bank account. 18 days later I tried to phone for follow up - voicemail full (always full) - emails to info@serenitypillows.com and comfort@serenitypillows.com not responded to. 28 days and 0 contact. Fed Ex Ground was the shipping option and no tracking information has appeared.
