I am going to file for very bad experiance for my home contract service.
I had gutter cleaning service from Ontime Professionals (NJ licensed 13VH04328400) on 11/24.
In first week of December, actually first rain after gutter cleaning, I found rain spills out from two spots in gutters.
So I called to ontime professinals for recleaning those, and they told me will dispatch service man.
However, guess what, it never happened.
I called them about 8 ~ 10 times, and whenever I call, they said same answer, will send technician.
But, still not.
It looks they think someday this guy will stop call, right? As usual.
Many people just gave up after some number of calls.
I paid $150, can say not a big money.
But I don't want ripped off my money, even penny for them.
If I get money back, I will donate it to local charity fund.
Even I can't, still I want to inform to other neighbour in NJ.
We shouldn't let them do samething again and again.
