Received a call from James/US Financial Resources advising me that I had been approved for a grant for a small business for between 5,000.00 - 50,000.00. I asked how was it handled and he said I just had to finish the paper work online and would be able to do that with a user name / password which he would give me. However I needed to pay 3.87 to be given this security info.
I inquired if this was really a State Dept. Requirement and he said yes. I then asked for his phone number and he gave me 435-294-2396.
