Miscellaneous

Company is a scam. I ordered the product and then they billed me $88.92. I called Cust Serv, the refused to refund. The product was shipped over the new year and I did not have the full "trial" time to try. After talking to a manager they agreed to refund my purchase but said I had to mail the unused portion back. I mailed with confirmation delivery. The show they got the package but are saying they show no record of the product being returned to inventory so they will not refund. Now I am out the $88.92 plus the $9 it cost to mail it back. This company is a big scam, their cust service is geared to rip you off and the reps are trained specifically to do that.
