Requested and Recieved form for a refund, confirmation letter recieved stating process had begun, TWICE an authorization request form for refund was signed my myself and returned promptly, NO CHECK, ripoff

They're scam over the phone was $200.00 of free gas. They mailed some stones that were suppose to clean your clothes in the washer without any soap.
I read the inclosed letter stating a 30 day Risk-free review at which time you could try the 'Amazing Washball'. I didn't order any wasball and was not interested in any 30 day product review period.

I retaped the box and sent them back the day after that. I called the cust serv# and was mailed a cover letter along with a authorization form, I signed and returned the form. I have all the letters and envelopes these requests were mailed to me in for verification, as they said they never recieved the auth letter I signed and sent back, they had noted my phonecall however, and another auth letter was mailed out to me.

Again, I signed and returned the letter and noted on it that this was a second request.

I have noted names for csr persons I have called in the tune of 19 and 3 letters I mailed as the phonecalls did no good, everytime the csr updated me on the progress of my account and acknowledged all my attempts to followup on my refund.

Please help me if you can, I have all information regarding my actions should you need dates or names of persons I contacted.
