My email account was used with someone elses Credit Card acc't to apparently look into my credit score. The credit card was inadvertantly charged 29.95 1.00. The company involved was Score Sense. I don't believe this was score sense's fault because when we called chase bank to see why there was money missing from the acc't they issued us this phone # 1-800-679 6322. The first time I called a machine answered saying I had won a free cruise to Florida. I did not follow the prompts, the next message was, for further information, hang up and call 1-800-712 3000 then they disconnected so i called that number and it turned out to be a free information telephone line. I tried it 2 more times thinking that maybe I dialed it wrong, but I got the same results. A human finally picked up I asked to speak to a supervisor because the someone had deducted money from the bank card without autherization. They, very quickly hung up. I then called information for the # to score sense and their # turned out to be 1-800-972-7204. When I spoke to score sense they apologized and rectified the cituation and refunded the money to the card. I don't believe this was actually thier doing. Something was seriously wrong with this whole thing. The # I complained about was also asking for 54.00 to be puy on a credit card acc't today or forfeit your trip.
