Falsified a $1.00 score promotion and over charged my account and wont reimburse my money

I noticed they had a promotion of receive a credit score for $1.00. Before I purchased the score, I spoke with the representative about it, and the only thing she said was I only needed a credit card, that's all. Now, today, I found out my account is being charged for NSF fees because they were trying to charge my account for money that was not there. All, I want them to do is refund my account of $69.00!!!
