I had debits to my account from OFSUPPORT.com for $39.95 and contacted my bank as soon as I saw the same debit on the following month. At first, I was under the impression I forgot to account for a purchase. I don't even remember getting a call or making a call to these merchant did have the need too. My bank when further and took me it happen 4 other times. The floored me since I was not even aware of it. So she took my imformation and a claim was open. Weeks later I get an letter in the mail that they were able to verify my address. Don't panic, but guess what? They have your account number and your address. Its not easy not to panic. I might have to consider the lifelock to protect myself from these types of attacks.

Today, I called the OFSUPPORT.com at 887-879-0571 after the claims report and all I get is "We're sorry the number you have dail is invalid, please check the number and try again - O101". I couldn't believe the phone was wrong so I searched for the correct number and came across this site with people getting debited through no fault of their own losing money like me. I refile a claims informing them that there are other people just like me out their with the same company having the same issues. I was a Helpdesk Analysis for 3 years I do not need to call this company for PC support.

If you have not done so CLOSE your debit cards/credit cards/checking accounts and have NEW ones issued by your financial agency to stop the bleeding. While you are there file your CLAIM! Make it a point to include this website to your bank, so they understand you are not alone there are others like you. Good luck to all of us, may this be the end of it.
