Fraud on My Accounts, Card Issuers Deny It and Demand Payment

Fraud was done on my account's and discover card or capital one fraud dept did there job. They didn't stop the fraud nor did they ever contact me of these events. But they tell me there is no fraud and I'm to pay. This isn't right. I want accounts in good standing zero balances and $30,000.00 for damages to me. Defamation of character, and effect on my family and my health. Stress is to much for me with a major heart problem.
