You make it impossible to cancel a reservation that we discovered is over $100 higher than directly making it with Hampton Inn of Jekyll Island, Georgia. There is NO PIN number on my printed confirmation. I cannot get into any page on your.com to cancel. I want it cancelled and I am reporting you to the Better Business Bureau if I do not hear back by 6 P.M. Today.
