Booked online. After submitted transation was asked to resubmit by hotelsone.com. Got to the hotel, the manager understood and stated they would not double charge me and even canceled the reservation. Contacted Hotelone.com who FAILED to respond and pushed the charge through. So where did my money go and when do I get it back? What a rip-off.
