They contacted me the beginning of Oct saying I was approved for 60,000.00 loan. They gave me three options to secure the loan 1. Some type of insurance, 2.Co-signer, or 3. Property. We discussed option 1. At first I just "googled" Consultant Finance Group and their BBB pops up. But if you look at it they didn't pay the dues. Anyway, I searched for their business license. It's expired since like 2008... I called Ava she stated the insurance needs to be paid by "greendot". I told her I would pay it with my credit card ($1200,00)... She said she would let me know if that was acceptable. Anyway upon further research that insurance company business license was also expired for a number of years. Ava sent me the loan documents. The company "president" has been brought up on charges for fraud. So... I emailed Ava and told her while I would love to do business with them I needed a valid business license faxed to me for both companies and the only way I was paying any money was by credit card... Just in case funds needed to be recouped they could handle it... Needless to say I never heard from Ava again. So please beware of these scumbags. When she mentioned "greendot", I knew it was a scam. Greendot can NOT be traced! Like moneygram or western union once the person has picked up the money there is no way to get it back. I filed complaints with the FBI and some other consumer sites. I feel terrible for the people who lost their hard earned money to these soul less people.
