Torque converter went out in car. Drove to crown, talked with scott. He stated approximately 3000.00 to fix car. Then it went up to 4500.00 and now over 5,000. They had to update something at our expense. We have only 79,000 mi on this car. I feel mb should have helped cover part of the expense. They did pay a big whopping 500.00.
That is when crown automobile went up on the repair cost. Scott, mechanic lies to cover his own tail. He told 2 lies right in front of larry aldredge. The car stayed lost on their lot for over a week. Wrecker drive had to go back over and show them where the car was. He did hand the keys to someone - scott lied and said he did not. I do intend to have wrecker driver call larry aldredge and tell him the truth to prove scott is a lier. I feel mb service and quality of cars have really been
passted by honda, toyota, etc. We will trade this car in to one of these companies. We have bought mb since 1980s. No more. Hh (personal information removed)
