I went to do an estimate with this tax service on 1/18. After the estimate was done i was not sastified with the amount that they were charging, becuse she told me it was $75 dollars and then it turned out to be $500dollars. I told the manager Marene Guzman i will get back with her on 1/19. She called me on that day to ask was i going to process my tax return with thier company, i say NO! Very clear to her she was (Inappropriate Content Removed) and hung up the phone. So that following week i tried to file my taxes with turbo tax. I needed an AIG#, from the IRS and thats when i found out Ms. Guzman went ahead and filed my tax return without my consent after i spoke with her on 1/19. She filed it on that same day we spoke. I have my phone records and the employees at the tax services as witnesses to our conversation. I am tryin to get in touch with her main boss by the name of Doug. And everyone i have spoken to is trying to play dumb in the sense of "I can't give you name and Number for Doug to call you back.
