She offers a loan at 3%. She evens send you a copy of a drivers license that is supposed to be hers from California along with a BBB certificate. When you agrree to the loan she sends you a copy of the loan agreement signed by herself and Barr Morgan Hills. The first step is to pay $70.00 loan fee which is stated in the agreement. Then to get your check she says you have to pay tax agent $100.00. Thne when you ask where the Fed Ex delivery is, she says that you have to pay another $90.00 before parcel can be dilivered. This is where I stopped and refused. Now she won't answer my email.
