Financial Plus Inc
Congrat... You have been approve for a loan

Business & Finance

I received an e-mail from Irene McDowell on July 18 letting me know that I have been approved for a loan that I applied for back in June 03. I called the number that she provided, 1-888-499-4773 Ext 83. Right away I called and an answering machine answer saying to put in the extension, then to say my name after the tone. "Hmmm..." I wonder. Who is she trying to avoid.

So I called, left message and told her to call me back. She called me today, July 24. She left me a message telling me that she needed to speak with me. I called her back and this time she answered the phone. I told her that I went to the web site "www.neversay-noloans.com" and notice that I needed to own a house to be approved for a loan. I don't own a house. She said that was ok and that it didn't matter. She said that she tried to approve me with other lenders and that I have been declined with those lenders. She said that "Financial Plus Inc." Is willing to lend me the money as long as I buy insurance for the loan in case if anything happens.

The terms are:
-I got approved for 15,000
-Interest Rate @ 5%
-Monthly Payments @ $283.07
-Loan terms for 5 years.

Wow, that sounds great. She told me that for everything to process and for me to receive the loan I have to buy insurance that cost $2486.96 but I only have to pay $828.53 and the rest they would take care of.

Also, I have to fax over
-Copy of my Drivers License
-Copy of my Social Security Number
-Last Pay stub
-Copy of Voided check so my fund could be wired into my account.

I said no problem I will have this to you by tomorrow because I don't carry around my personal information around with me, just my drivers license. Then I asked her how would I send the $828.53 was it going to withdrawn from my account? She said that we could do it that way, but it would be better if it was Money Gram. I said fine, and if she had a receiver Code. She said no, that it would be cheaper if I send it to an individual person.

I make my car payment threw money gram. Its much cheaper if I send the money to a company with a receiver code. It would be very expensive if I send it to an individual. I know that for a fact. I told her I would call her back and to fax me over a Loan Agreement. She said that she would e-mail me the loan agreement. I have not received the loan agreement yet. I have been checking my e-mail and nothing yet.

After I hung up with her I went to the BBB to see if she was legit. I only found a real estate company and a morgage company. I looked around the internet to see if I could find anything else, I only found these blogs here at Rip OFF. For sure now I know they are a scam. I feel like calling her back and getting more information, but i'm mad because they got my hopes up. I, for sure will not be doing any business with them.
