Online booking process did not have up to date terms and conditions or cancellation policy. To start the online booking process you need to enter your credit card info - once you submit booking request the company automatically confirms your reservation without final verification from customer and charges your credit card with deposit, insurances etc. The cancellation policy is only made known when you try and cancel... Cost me 1200.00. Filed complaints with both the Ontario Consumer Protection Agency and Better Business Bureau of Canada. I also attempted to list this company as a scam with the New Zealand Government agency that deals with these issues. Of notethe company I originally was dealing with was Canada RV Sales which inadvertently switched companies no less than 3 times. Ultimately ended up as Motorhome Republic from Auckland New Zealand—all without my ability to cancel transaction.
