The enclosed Company responded to my home via a home warranty recommendation to fix an issue of no heat. We paid them the required deductible of $60.00. After the initial response on 11-15-12 we had to call them back 3 additional times. And each time they showed up it was a different diagnose. And each time we had to pay them a total sum of $525.00 and to date out issue still goes unresolved. As a homeowner, I feel that the company, Lucas Heating & Cooling, LLC was not qualified to fix our problem. They should have stated that they couldn't fix the problem versus the numerous false diagnose, therefore, charging for a service that didn't fix the problem. We have since requested that our warranty company send a different company to fix the issue and feel the Lucas Heating & Cooling, LLC should refund us all dollars as a result of a service not rendered.
