I asked for a 60$ plan, the CSR put it in for $40 buck plan. My internet turns off and they see a credit for $20 and adds it to make a 60 buck plan.internet turns off a day later. CSR says sorry, we cant switch it like that. You have the pay th whole $60 again so you can have that plan or wait it out til next month and upgrade to 60. I asked Can I please speak to a supervisor... Put me on hold. Picked up and said not available, i said ill way... He hung up on me. They hang up on you instead of letting you explain the chain of events to a supervisor. They are the Worst!!!
