After paying $20.56 (I know the amount doesn't seem huge, but it is still annoying) for 55m RS gold, I was told I needed to send them a photo of identification I hold. Against my better knowledge, I blacked out most information as they said they only needed name and expiry date. They said it was too blurry and they would send me an email when my gold was ready. The next day I was again told the photo of my identification was too blurry and to send another one with no information blacked out. At this stage I refused to operate with the company any more. So far they have said they will refund the money, but I am highly doubtful this will happen given their track record.
