Sold a vehicle to PFC Jones, Bobby, said I was the co-signer I am SPC Farlow, Brandon, I made the mistake of not reading all the paperwork, however it turns out I was actually signing as the buyer, for a 2004 Suzuki Grand Vitara LX Vin # (Personal Information Removed) Security National in Mason OH is the financer, Hinesville trucking set up the payments to be automatically drafted from Mr. Jones checking acct# (Personal Information Removed) Key Bank National in Brooklyn, OH the vehicle is registered and insured by Mr. Jones after 10/1 Mr. Jones stopped the payments, security national contacted my Mother since I was in Iraq at that time, I have been makeing the payments since it took over 18 months to obtain a copy of the paperwork from security national, I would like to take possession of the vehicle since I am listed as the owner and are paying for it security national said Hinesville trucking should not have sold a vehicle to one person and the payments, insurance and registeration be in someone elses name, security national will only talk to Mr. Jones about me but will not talk to me about Mr. Jones they said it would be a violation of his federal privacy rights, how can I go about getting the vehicle I am paying for back in my possession?
