I paid for an engine to be put in my car. Owner said i had a limited year waranty. Car started running hot 1 month later. Took back. They fixed. 2months later overheating again. Took back and they fixed. Still had 7-8 months left i thought. I had an overheating problem again and again. Took car back. Owner started to get frustrated and deny my car. Now he says i only had 90 days or 3000 mile warranty. Told me to sue him cause he is not doing any work under warranty. When plainly on wall in his establishment says any mechanical or engine repairs have limited 1 year warranty. Now he says the people he purchased my motor from only gave him 90 days or 3000 miles whichever comes first. I feel i have nothing to do with that. I paid him not his people.
