A man that identified himself as Dave Sayler with PUBLISHERS CLEARING HOUSE, called me and said that I am the Jan. Winner of 3.6 million dollars. I said I thought Dave Sayler was an American, he said I am an American. I told him he sounded like he was from Jamacia or India. Well he had my complete address and he said that he along with some woman, he named her, (but I couldn't understand the name,) the State Attorney General, A highway patrol officer, 4 Armed FBI agents, a city and county officer and two other people were all in my town. He said I needed to go to krogers, WalMart, or Walgreens and buy 3- $400 green dot cards. I told him that I have sense enough to know that if you win a prize, you don't pay anything and that I was turning them in. I then hung up the phone. I waited a while and then I called the number back 209-487-9803 and the person that answered was the same one I talked to earlier and he identified himself as Mr. Dwayne Benjamin.
