Miscellaneous

My wife and I attended the GPS Resort Services seminar thinking we were getting a deal on travel services and two free gifts for our time. What we received was a hand in our pocket and two "free" gifts (a cruise and two round-trip tickets in the US) that were not worth our time or anything close to what was origianlly shown to us. Total cost of the membership was approx. $4800 and the gifts which were "good for one year" actually had time constraints and outrageous fees included to use them. There is a 48-72 hour cancellation period that is offered, but you don't get access to anything with your account to see if you want to cancel until 5-7 days after you buy-in. Coincedence? I think not. My wife and I both attempted to use GPS a few times. We called in to request vacation locations and dates. We were told they would get to work looking for us and would return our calls shortly. No one ever returned our calls or had any new information for us when we called them back. It was always being handled by someone else. This company is a scam. I want my money back.
