I had skylights that were not done properly. Causing them to leak. I had top noch roofing put a new roof on due to wind and storm my insurance was decker richard hoff was my adjuster. My deductable was already taken care of and the roofer received 7400.00 and then later 1100.00 for an add. 26 sheets of plywood. That case was finished as they left the ceiling fell down due to all the wet ness under the plywood with black mold. The next day elite was called to come in, which now my adjuster just left the comp and the new adjuster could not understsmd what that extra money was for. Elite though they were intiltled to it which was so far from the truth. He got payed over 17,000.00 and said he would take care of it threw insurance and i never recieved a bill. The only thing i signed was a sheet which he said was just a formality and would never be used. Months later he charched my credit card after sandy when i was in the hospital getting back surgery my cards limit was 7000.00 i dont know how he got it up to 10,000.00 when i needed it for emergencys and food i know longer had a house or car from the storm. I signed all the cks over to him and he said we were even. Enclosed see my attorneys letter. This caused me so much hardacked and anxiety attacks.
