I have been dealing with this Wholesale Company in England over the last 6 months and sending them more and more moneyvia Western Union and they have not provided me with the Goods that i ordered. Fianlly they have offered to settle with me more thaan double of what i spent with them as a Refund and have asked me for ALL of my Banking Details whch I provided to them. Do you think this is some sort of scam. I have NO MONEY in this Checking Account anyway.
