This company does not live up to what was promised when you agreee to pay for the service. The book comes out later with all kinds of exceptions (contrary to what you are told intially) in small print. Additional fees are added to trips due to peak days. You have to send in a form each time to request your days, fees are added that you don't agree with (peak) but they won't give you a list of peak days for the year. You have to continually submit forms, wait for them to hopefully call you back. The customer service dept is awful. Do not buy this product. Beware! Beware! Scam! Scam! They want you to give up so they have your money!
